Preprogrammed and pre-assembled wastewater treatment instrumentation is now available from Concorp. A fully-equipped electronic design and repair facility, Concorp can cost-effectively preprogram, install and repair your electronic instrumentation.

With our electronic assembly and repairs capability, Concorp can:

• Design, build, and assemble your metering and monitoring equipment
• Program and customize your microprocessor-based equipment and controls
• Minimize your on-site assembly and start-up time with our pre-assembly services.

Computer monitoring systems (SCADA) and networks can be added to your newly designed and/or to existing processes. Concorp's capabilities include dedicated measurement instrumentation, programmablelogic controllers, data acquisition and recording equipment, distributed control systems, and much, much more.

Recenty Installed Examples:

• A 2600 gallon neutralization system for a hospital and medicalresearch building. This system includes advanced computerizescontrols to regulate and measure acidity and flow rate
• A Multi-level wastewater treatment system to remove volatileorganic compounds (VOCs) and trace heavy metals, suspended solids,and adjust pH. This system treats laboratory and process wastewaterfor a pharmaceutical company prior to discharge to the local sewers.All functions are controlled and monitored by a central programmablelogic controller. This system is network-ready for integrationinto a plant-wide supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)system.
• A multi-stage collection and treatment system for a biotechnology research and pharmaceutical production facility. This system treatsresearch laboratory waste continuously while collecting concentratedprocess waste. This concentrate is periodically added to the wastestream for treatment based on current wastewater conditions andsystem parameters.
